Equipment We Dispatch
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment types do you dispatch?
We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, hotshot, and box truck freight across all 48 contiguous states. Each equipment type is matched with a dispatcher familiar with that freight market.
How much does dispatch service cost?
We charge a small percentage of the gross load rate — there are no monthly fees, retainers, or setup costs. We only earn when you earn.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We don’t believe in locking you into contracts. We focus on building long-term relationships through good service, not paperwork.
What do I need to get started?
You’ll need an active USDOT/MC number, valid commercial trucking insurance, a signed carrier agreement, and a completed W-9. Our team walks you through every step.
Can I say no to a load?
Absolutely. Every load is your decision — we present options that match your equipment and preferences, and you choose what works for you.
How fast can I start getting loads?
Most carriers are onboarded and booked on their first load within 24–48 hours of signing up, depending on documentation.
